A strong culture of caring and extraordinary employee engagement will be discussed by past elite winning companies. These elite winning companies will share employee retention strategies, the importance of senior leadership and the role that the immediate supervisor plays in creating a culture of excellence. This diverse panel will also help participants create engagement strategies at their own companies with a focus on core values that can be taken back to their own teams.
