GNS North America was established in 2009. Our core business is conventional and hot stamping, welding/laser cutting, and assembly. GNS provides full range stamping capabilities, in multiple locations. GNS is a recognized leader in multi-axis laser cutting technology, used for both prototyping and for our large volume production for the automotive industry. GNS services include cutting flat metal, trimming and hole piercing for three-dimensional parts. We use spot welding of Ultra High Strength Steel and Press Hardening parts. Our welding and assembly cells use automated robots to perform several complex and precise operations inside the welding cells achieving maximum cost reduction and ensuring we produce the highest quality products for our customers.
