Integrated Design Solutions, LLC was founded in November 1999 by the seven former principals of Giffels Hoyem Basso, LLC (GHB), who practiced together there as managing partners for ten years. Their trademarks at GHB were their ability to integrate architecture and engineering into cohesive design solutions, as well as their unending commitment to exceptional customer service. Thus, Integrated Design Solutions was born. Moving forward, our emphasis remains on wholly integrated solutions, and we call to the front the DESIGN aspect of our name. From architectural to engineering answers, we’re all designers pushing the envelopes, asking “What if…?” and working together to build the very best solutions for you, the Owner.

IDS is a full-service architectural and engineering firm providing comprehensive design services to serve the following markets: education, healthcare, commercial, data centers, research and development, sports, recreation and athletics, and industrial. Serving primarily southeastern Michigan our culture is one of inclusion and integration, and we value our employees first and foremost. Knowing we can always learn from each other, every person’s voice is important and sought, and we cross pollinate ideas among our disciplines and personal experiences.
