(Willmer) is a woman-owned professional engineering consulting corporation specializing in geotechnical engineering services, construction materials testing and environmental engineering services. Willmer is certified as a minority/female business enterprise in DeKalb County, Fulton County and the City of Atlanta, Georgia, and is qualified as a Professional Consultant by the Georgia Department of Transportation. Willmer qualifies as a Minority Business Enterprise for full participation in the U.S. Department of Transportation programs under 49 CFR Part 26 including the Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Highway Administration, Coast Guard and the Urban Mass Transportation Administration.
