Prior to joining Rothy’s in February 2018, Kerry was CEO of Choose Energy, leading the marketplace to acquisition in 2017. She served as COO and CMO of e-tailer ModCloth.com, where she scaled marketing, merchandising, supply chain, customer care, and fulfillment efforts across the US. Before ModCloth, Kerry led marketing and strategy for Walmart.com as CMO and VP of Global Ecommerce. Prior, she served as SVP of Retail and Planning for the Dockers brand at Levi’s.
Kerry is currently an entrepreneur-in-residence at Harvard Business School, on the Advisory Board of Wirecutter, a New York Times company, and on the board of directors at BevMo!. She holds an MBA from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

In addition to authoring two books, Mike is a nationally recognized speaker on the subjects of “six-pack abs” culture, the power of VisCom (visual communication), breaking out of the commodity mindset, innovation at all levels, and “right-brain-justified” leadership.
Managing Director, HR and Compensation Consulting Practice, Gallagher & Co.Shari Dunn, a managing director and national practice leader of the HR and Compensation Consulting Practice (HRCC) within Gallagher, specializes in the design and development of strategic base pay plans, performance-based incentive programs and general human resources consulting. Working with private sector for-profit and nonprofit clients and known for her innovative, highly effective approach to job evaluation, salary administration and performance measurement, Dunn supports her clients’ ability to pay competitively, equitably, cost-effectively, motivationally, and legally. She is a frequent presenter at professional conferences, and serves as a guest lecturer at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Dunn was in compensation management in banking, consumer goods, and manufacturing companies, as well as two global consulting firms, McKinsey and Deloitte, prior to starting her own consulting firm in California. She was the founder and principal of CompAnalysis for many years prior to its acquisition by Gallagher.
