You’ve been nominated to participate in the selection process for the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. This premier award competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in operations and employee enrichment that lead to increased productivity and financial performance.

Any public or private organization that employs over twenty employees within any industry is qualified to participate. Participants will have to answer a company survey about their culture and benefits. Participants will also have to submit an employee roster. Employees will have the opportunity to voice their opinions about how they enjoy working for the company in an anonymous and confidential matter. A third-party research firm evaluates and scores participating companies. All nominees will receive a complimentary overall assessment report with statistical data on their areas of improvement and benchmarking information, a c-suite summary report that shows your top ten highest-scoring areas and the ten areas that need improvement, as well as ongoing education throughout the year to better improve your culture and business.
