Carla Dean, S.T.E.P

Carla Dean is the Vocational Service Manager at STEP. For the past 23 years she has worked in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training for diverse populations.  Recognized for excellence in a myriad of Vocational Rehabilitation & Human Resources functions; she is passionate about creating employment opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities while helping businesses meet their targets. Carla has a BA in Psychology and MBA in Integrated Management, both from Michigan State University.
