Jessica Young currently holds the position of Director of Learning, Organizational Development & Engagement at Reliant Medical Group. She joined Reliant in 2003 as a part-time secretary while attending college. During her time at Reliant, Jessica has held six different jobs and obtained three degrees, most recently completing her Master of Arts in Human Behavior. Spending the last 11 years in a learning role, she has found her passion is in working on anything that promotes employee success and development.
