Patty will be with Michigan First for five years, this year.  Prior to that, she had been in Human Resources for more than 20 years, working in a variety of industries including manufacturing, IT and financial services.  The majority of her career has been spent in leadership roles for financial institutions, leading all facets of Human Resources including payroll, compensation, employee relations, benefits and recruiting.  In addition, she is the HR strategic partner and liaison for Presidents/CEOs and Senior Leadership Teams.When Patty is not working she enjoys watching sports, playing golf, traveling and spending any extra time with family and friends.
