Sean Mitchell is the Vice President, Head of Global Talent Acquisition at DailyPay, the leading financial technology company powering on-demand pay.A Global Talent Leader with a superior track record of establishing, scaling, and leading top-performing talent acquisition operations, Sean has over 20 years of experience in the talent management space. Under Sean’s leadership, companies have received numerous recognitions and awards for workplace excellence, such as “Top Places to Work” awards from Glassdoor, Washington Post, Newsweek, Best Workplaces, Comparably and others.Before joining DailyPay, Sean has led Talent Acquisition teams at start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, including Tenable, SAIC, and IBM. At Tenable, Sean successfully led a team of Global Talent Acquisition professionals responsible for the company’s Pre/Post IPO global expansion and high growth recruiting functions including talent programs, recruiting operations, candidate experience, and employment branding.In his free time, Sean serves on numerous youth athletic boards of directors as well as volunteering for organizations within his community. Sean graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a B.A. in American History.
