David Brooks, SPHR, CEBS is SVP of HR for Tokio Marine America and TMNA Services, LLC. In his current role, he oversees the HR operations of both companies, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, employee services, and HR compliance. He started with Tokio Marine in 2005 and has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years and in Human Resources for over 20 years. David is based in Pasadena, CA. Prior to the beginning of the pandemic, he split his time between the companies’ east coast and west coast offices.
