Kate Armanetti, head of HR at PUMA, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Writing Communication from UMASS Dartmouth and a Masters in HR Management from Suffolk University.
She entered her career in healthcare consulting and spent 12 years at Genzyme Corporation in Cambridge, MA. After spending 6 years managing reimbursement programs for pharmaceutical products, Kate made the move to an HR Business Partner role in 2006 supporting different business units within company. During this time managing company acquisitions and dissolutions of businesses prior to Genzyme being acquired by Sanofi Aventis in 2011. She eventually left Genzyme in 2011 for Sonos- HR Manager for Product Development team in Cambridge MA. Kate oversaw operations of 150 person office with a sister headquarters in Santa Barbara CA.
Kate joined PUMA in 2012 overseeing the HR team in an international Boston based office. The Boston office is largely Global Marketing and Running/Training product teams.
She enjoys spending time with husband, 6 year old daughter, traveling, wine and meeting new people.
