Racquel Roberts

Racquel Roberts is vice president of human resources at Purchasing Power^®, a role she has served since June 2006. Roberts oversees a human resources team that is focused on key talent elements, including talent and leadership development, talent recruitment and acquisition, internal communication, benefits administration, employment law, new employee onboarding and career management.Within her 10 years to date with Purchasing Power, Roberts has grown the workforce by 417%, expanding the organizational design to include merchandising, ecommerce, supply chain and analytics. Overall, she leads the strategy for defining and maintaining a culture centered around the company’s purpose, mission and values. Roberts is based in Atlanta and reports directly to Purchasing Power President and CEO Richard Carrano.
