Rebecca serves as both Chief Human Resource Officer and Chief Sales Officer for Epitec, a top 1% staffing company specializing in IT, engineering, clinical, and professional services with 2,000 employees around the U.S. and in Canada. As a member of Epitec’s executive leadership team, Rebecca is engaged in setting the company’s strategic direction, defining priorities, and is accountable on delivering enterprise results and growth.
In her role, Rebecca develops and implements Epitec’s high-performance culture and industry-leading talent management program in support of customers in all industries. Rebecca oversees all human resources functions, including oversight of corporate and consultant operations, total rewards, employee and leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Rebecca is the executive sponsor for Epitec’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council driving overall DEI initiatives that support corporate, consultant, customer, and supplier initiatives.
As Epitec’s CSO, she is responsible for designing and delivering a talent strategy, which
encompasses recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining employees.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing from Central Michigan University, and a certificate from Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development. She currently holds a position on the advisory board with the Michigan Council of Women in Technology as past president.
