Wanny Manasse is a Vice President for Customer Care at T-Mobile US, Inc. In this role, Manasse is responsible for the operations of the East region experience centers and strategic vision for T-Mobile’s award winning customer experience centers. He is an advocate of the customer experience, committed to eliminating customer pain points and transforming the way customers interact with T-Mobile through their Team of Experts.
Manasse now leads a team of more than 4,000 customer-experience-obsessed Care Experts. In 2019, the T-Mobile team delivered record NPS results assisting the company to earn top honors in JD Power.
The region that Manasse leads is home to T-Mobile’s largest state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center which is in North Charleston, SC.
Manasse sits as an executive co-sponsor of the Multi-Cultural Network – Diversity & Inclusion initiative at T-Mobile.
Manasse is also involved in identifying markets that can benefit from STEM programs in early childhood education. He volunteers his time supporting afterschool programs that teach children and teenagers the benefits of coding/computer science.
Manasse graduated from Science Park and later attended Ramapo College of NJ and Long Island University.
