The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.
Boston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® Breakfast Celebration will be hosted on October 28th at the Westin Copley Place. The Awards Gala will honor all winning companies on stage awarding each one a personalized crystal. The Educational Symposium also will host exceptional speakers including Mike Novakowski, CEO of Become Unmistakable, and educational best practices from 2019 winning companies.
